Happy International Women’s Day! Here are the twelve women who are full-time coaches in the NFL today.
In 2015 Jennifer Welter, became the first woman coach in any capacity in the NFL, as she became a coaching intern for the Cardinals during training camp and preseason. Her stint in the NFL was short, but groundbreaking.
Today, there are twelve women coaching full-time in the NFL. 25% of the women coaching in the NFL are on the Raven’s staff. Note that Lori Locust of the Titans also came into the league through the Ravens. John Harbaugh, was also one of the speakers at the NFL Women’s Forum this year.
